Please read my tos before messaging me for a commission! My socials are listed from quickest reply to slowest reply. You can also contact me on discord!! My user is itssjax on discord!!

Check out my public Que!!They are listed in order of priority, so I will normally try to complete the first in the list before the second, etc. It should be noted that I will work on several comms at a time, so occasionally I may finish some before others. I try to prevent this from happening though!!Here is my priority list:
-first come first serve (be the first to message me, get priority.)
-big commisions (notable comms that will take be a lot of time. In order to not take forever on other commissions, I tend to work on these between smaller ones.)
-unpaid stuff like art trades take lowest priority

BACKGROUNDS/SCENESI will do simple color or pattern backgrounds for free unless they are super complicated! Any scenic backgrounds is what costs extra.

I will charge fees for complexity if said design or background will take a significant amount of time to complete. I am very lenient on complexity fees and it is rare that i charge them. Complexity fees depend entirely on the situation.

Do not commission a sketch from me with the intent to run it through an AI. I am very against AI art and if you are found to be using my sketch for AI, you will be put on a blacklist.PAYMENT SHOULD BE HALF UPFRONT AND HALF AFTER SKETCH
Payment via PayPal or cash app, you can pay half upfront and half after the sketch (for sketches you will pay before I start coloring it)
If you do not pay the second half, I will not proceed with the comm until I receive payment.PLEASE SEND CLEAR REFERENCES
Please make sure to send a clear reference of your character. I will work with shaded references as long as the colors are listed plainly on the side. For poses you can describe it to me or send me an image, it is preferred that I have a reference for poses, any will do. The more clean the reference, the more accurate your piece will be. Written references will be up to my interpretation.I AM FINE WITH MAKING CHANGES TO AN EXTENT
I will fix colors and markings free of charge, please feel free to point these out!! However any changes that need editing to the line art will cost an additional 5$, and this will increase by 5 every change. Poses, perspective, etc should be worked out in the sketch stage.REFUNDS
I do not accept refunds after the sketch stage. If you get a refund for a sketch, I hold the right to use the pose, perspective etc and reuse. (This does not include character specific features or markings!! Just the base anatomy/pose.)I HOLD THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION AT ANY TIME
I have the right to back out of a commision if I am uncomfortable with the subject material and or views expressed by the commissioner. If this happens, I will give you a refund.COPYRIGHT
You may use any artwork you have commissioned from me for any purpose (other than AI, as listed above.) this means posting it to social media, using it as a pfp or banner, etc. By default, I will assume I have permission to upload your artwork to social media or to use as an example piece. If you do not want me to post your commission, please notify me.

Respect the list of what and what i will not draw listed below. If you fail to comply, your commission will not be accepted.I WILL DRAW THE FOLLOWING:

-Humanoids
-dragons and mythical creatures
-gore (light or heavy I'm fine with.)
-environmental scenes
-simple cities and buildings
-simple mech
-art of characters from shows or movies
-ship art as long as its sfwI WILL NOT DRAW THE FOLLOWING:
-nsfw/ fetish art
-complex mech
-hate speech
- Proship art
-complex cities and buildings
-the basic triggering topics
-hate speech (homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc.)
This includes offensive flags such as the confederate flag.
